Our Story
"I came to the high desert in 2019 and found a peace I didn't know I was missing. Boulder Café is how I share it back."
— Jared Young, Owner
Jared has spent years creating jobs and access to education for people in the coffee industry in El Salvador. That work continues through our family roaster, Cafelet Coffee, where you can buy single-origin Salvadorian beans online and directly support growers and kids back home.
Here in 29 Palms, the café pours specialty beans from a local high-desert roaster — and it's built around helping people in transition find work, find healing, and find a moment of calm. Two roasts, one chain of care.
